Just bought a 2007 JKU Rubicon 4" suspension 1" body lift with 5:13 gears automatic tranny. Currently has 35's AT's and I came across a set of 37 Mastercraft Courser MXT's. Any opinions on running these on the stock axles?

The rear axle should be okay. If you do any more than mall crawling or very light wheeling, you'll want to reinforce the front axle......they are prone to bending under hard use. Several companies offer kits (gussets and reinforcing tubing), but if you do any fab work you could likely make your own parts.
