I want to take a moment to Thank everyone who is coming out to the Pig Roast and helping us with the trail system. I thought I would post up the menu.
Menu: Ground roasted pig, wings, french fries, hot dogs, baked goods, Gallikers soft drinks, Snyder potato chips, and baked beans,( I am also working on some corn on the cob). We will have water available and beer is BYOB for dinner and afterwards. Sunday morning before we run the trails we cut, the cooks will rustle up any leftovers for those who would like, until supplies run out.

If you intend on arriving Friday night please let us know around about what time you will be arriving at the gate. If you arrive at the gate and it is locked, there will be a FRS radio hanging from the gate you can call down to the camp with for someone to come open the gate for ya. If you have a CB, we will let you know what channel will call the camp at a later date.

For those arriving on Saturday, the gate will have someone posted at it from 8AM to Noon, and then again from 3:30PM to 6:30PM. If you arrive after Noon, the same method for calling down to the camp for entry will be used with the FRS radio or the CB radio.

If you will be hauling your rig down with a trailer, please let us know so we can find room for you to park and unload safe.

We hope to be eating some juicy roast pig around 7PM or so.
