its really tough to even follow the old town ship roads on the maps I've looked at. They seem to just end most of the time.

I was at Audi's power sports when I was told they were busting people, he said they got a bunch of atvers . on another time, a friend was wheeling in there at night and in came a cop chasing him, he kept going and finally went where the cop couldn't take his car and he came out at a different spot to avoid the cops.

Any idea where we can view the maps? I've been up there more times than I can count and heard a conflicting story of the legality every time. Bill, Sam, and Bear- feel that you three have done the most homework and I want to obey the law completely. I've seen too many idiots up there and they have already ruined it for us.

Meeke, you hit the nail on the head. those few spoiled it for the mass. that's why BR is working so hard to change the views of the PUBLIC and CREATE a good reputation for all and eventually, as people see that we are responsible wheelers and that BR " Wheels with a Purpose" , by helping others, enjoying our hobby, and taking a lead role in getting LEGAL land available for wheeling, the Right Way . BR was one of the clubs involved in getting Rock Run opened up for SUV wheeling, and we have a Club Charter member on the committee working with Rock Run. Along with that the club has been out to cut trails and maintain them as well since.
Again, we took a lead role and secured 180 acres for off roading and are currently working on the expansion of the trail system. Even while we are in the beginning stages with this land, we were able to hold two Charity events, one we gathered up enough funds and worked with the Bi-Lo market and were able to put a Thanksgiving Turkey on the table for 92 needy families, the other was a Toys for Tots run where we raised over 50 toys and $725.00 dollars for the Marines, and also benefit a third Charity by holding raffles, and raising funds to purchase a 5000kw generator for the West Taylor Fire Dept. By doing these things we are getting noticed by the local news media and they are spreading the word on the good things that we are doing, aiding us in changing the way the General Public views us as 4 wheelers.

Like I said, billy used to be the guy that would get the permits for us to go on the state game land trails for the old TFT runs back in the day, jack offs going up there ruining **** put an end to anyone getting a permit to wheel there. Just ask billy what they told him last time he went to get a permit.
