well, as some might know... the wife's head gaskets been leaking anti freeze... so i'll be doing the head gaskets... and all so brought up was a cam shaft swap due to the succes mine was.... so yes it's gonna happen....
see the link http://www.airram.com/product.php?categoryid=0&productid=1305&searchquer y=2003%20intake after checking the guy out here's what i got... If you can find a 2002 H/O intake it would be a worth while mod... Or you could go with a 2003-UP intake manifold as they are a vast improvment over the 1999-2002 intakes. I would suggest doing H/O cams with the intake swap as the H/O cams where designed to take advantage of the better flowing shorter runner intakes. The 2002 H/O intake will make approximately 5HP more then the 2003 intake but either one would make an easy 10-15HP over the 2002 intake add H/O cams and make approximately 25RWHP over your stock set up. i will post pics ![]()

i was able to get a 4 day weekend, so i made the most of it and started thursday morning. the goal, to replace the leaking timing cover seal, and balancer seal. replace head gaskets due to the smell, and loss of anti freeze. benifits of having the engine open, cams, new intake, and head work. so far this is what has gotten done.... the heads were dropped off today, and should be back next week. i do need some bolts and timing chain tensioner, due to being cracked, and a oil pan gasket, cause that's were it feel into...

The computer should adjust the open time of the injectors via the O2 sensors. The important thing about the injector size is that all the fuel needed will be injected faster and at the right time. Looks like his build will just be mild enough to keep the stock computer

Ya, we are hoping the computer will not need to be messed with. The 33" Km2s are ordered too and should be here tomorrow!! Yay! I can't wait to smell the new rubber. I am itchin' to take her out on some harder stuff. All this has me wondering what Brian will want next for his...I know he'd like another locker before the competition on April 18th...we'll see......

no need to mess the the pcm, to go to the h.o. injector set up... the same is true when i swap injectors, with the regulator on the blue jeep.... if i did go any bigger then what i am,( on either jeep ) with the cam or injectors, i will have to reflash the pcm.... and tune it.
